I have been trying to heal a burn for a week. I put this on the burn and it’s healed more in 2 days than neosporin did in a week! This is my new go to.

The Polysporin website says you should not use an expired tube so I bought a new one from Target in June 2024 and the tube says it expires in Dec 2024. Target should not be selling these products that expire in just a few months, I should have a later date on it. Also the cap is near impossible to open.

I like the simple ingrediants of this product. I have used Simply Neosporin in the past, which looks like it has identical ingrediants to this product. And both products seem to be manufacturded by Johnson and Johnson. So for me, either product works just as well. Unforunately, before the first use, the cap on my tube of Polysporin was so tight that it was literally impossibe for me to open. I asked a young, strong household member to try it and they had the same problem. I wasn't able to use it on my wound until the next day when we used a tool designed to open jar lids. So if you store this in a first-aid kit, you may want to check the cap before you need it.

I had a spiderbite on my neck after doing some yard work. I first applied tea tree oil and when it looked like an open wound, I applied Polysporin. In just 24 hours it looked so much better. It has been a week and it has healed. Now applying it to the rash the bandages gave me around the wound. It took the itch and blisters away over night, still have redness and hoping it heals before our vacation.
Safe for doggos, too

This one is great for dogs! As well as the new competitor, the new natural Neosporin. These two are the only ones safe for dogs, as it doesn’t contain Neomycin. :-)

I have used Neosporin for years. When I read the positive reviews of Polysporin I thought I would try it. I can honestly say that it does work better than Neosporin.
This product is up to the challenge unlike Neosporin

I had a surgery wound that reopened and I applied Polysporin and it has worked wonders in the healing process. Wouldn't be without. I'm allergic to Neosporin, but not Polysporin. Give this 5 stars hands down. And Target priced it great.
