Q: Mt plant came in with mold and browning on it can i send it back and get a live plant because i spent my money on this and it was molded and dead i was very disappointed!!!

A: The Ponytail Palm comes in a small 5.5 in (diameter of the top) black pot. it is not decorative and the plant will not have to be re-potted immediately.

I ordered two lil pony tails. Came in great shape. Good packaging. Very healthy and green. They are small but still have three heads!! Like perfect miniatures almost! Cute plant. I guess google light/water/and pot requirements since non are included.
Its a cute little plant. I wish it came with some information on potting requirements/light/water, etc. It arrived and the box was in rough shape but the plant seems relatively healthy. I immediately unboxed and water in. There are two bulbs so I’m excited to have two new plants to brighten my home, but I just wish there were more instructions included.
