I have a large senior dog with degenerative myelopathy. He hasn't been able to get up on his own for about 6 months now, and has the occasional accident when we don't catch his hints in time. These pooch pads are fabulous. We use them in combination with disposable pads. They wash really well, absorbe great, and don't bleed through.
Pee soaks through pad to floor.

This worked well until it didn't anymore. I love the fact they are washable and reusable. After two washes I noticed the deodorizer ( odor protection ) was no longer there. The worse part now is the PoochPad no longer protects my floors, which of course was the whole reason for buying these PoochPads, to begin with. I guess I will try using two stacked on the other for something is better than nothing.

These poochpads are great. I have 2 dogs and theyreally hold back the odor and keep my floor dry. I ordered 2 so that when one is being washed & dried I have the other one. It says they can be washed in the washer but we wash them outside with a hose & detergent and hang them in the sun. They haven't shrunk . I totally love them.
