Q: Are you sure this 6" teapot holds 50 ounces? It's pictured as roughly twice the size as a standard teacup, which would be from 8-12 ounces...unless that's actually a giant cup? Doubtful.

This is a nice sized tea pot for many cups of tea. I love that it is also microwaveable even though I use a large tea cozy over it. It is also nicely shaped and modern. Also the ability to purchase matching cream and sugar holders is ideal. I loved it so much that I purchased for my office and RV. I would highly recommend.

Nice, but bad design
Very nicely made, but impossible to pour without tea going everywhere. Spout is not at correct height for tea pot. I am returning this for pot with a proper spout. I bought on line and picked up at Target and this process went smoothly.

Awesome teapot
Although I was looking for a 60 ounce teapot, this 50 ounce one is the perfect size. It is as close to drip free as it can get, the handle is not too big, and the short spout at the top of the pot makes pouring easy. I am quite happy with this teapot, especially for the price.

TERRIBLE Quality Control
I ordered these tea pots, creamers and sugar bowls, 2 of each. BOTH tea pots were secured with tape *only*. They were not wrapped or protected with anything. No bubble wrap, nothing. The other items were wrapped in some type of paper, which was ok, but one of the sugar bowls was STILL cracked. Surprisingly, the one tea pot survived, and was fine. Needless to say, I had to re-order a tea pot and sugar bowl yesterday. It literally looked like somebody haphazardly just threw everything in the box, put a couple of inflated, plastic packing bubbles on top, and that was it. Of course everything will bounce around in transit and break if you don’t properly stuff the box!!! Absolutely ZERO care was taken to pack these items. Horrible quality control, Target. I might as well have ordered from Amazon. They’re not any better either.
