The quality is not good and it’s quite bulky

The first pot I received had a big scratch down to the steel on it. I re-ordered and I am very pleased with the replacement. Very attractive design. Mine is the cream color, and it looks beautiful on my stove. Excellent price!

Based on some reviews, I was a little worried about receiving a teapot that was not destroyed in shipping, luckily it arrived in great condition, despite not being packaged well. Trying to find a teakettle that is both beautiful and functional has been a chore, so I gave up looking. Then, while looking for something else, this teapot popped up. So, I took a chance and ordered it. I am so glad I did. I have been using it daily for about 3 weeks, so far it has held up to my expectations. The whistle is a little weak, however, I do like that it is not ear-piercing. All and all, I really like this teapot. It is a joy to boil water once again, and it is so pretty in my kitchen.

We use this regularly in our house! It heats up quick! The whistle is loud which I love because I can hear it when I’m out of the room. My 13 year old also uses it and loves how easy it is to pour. I think our favorite part though is that it’s not cheaply made. I do like that it matches my hearth and hand dish rack!

Its a beautiful teapot, but mine came in all scratched up and there was glue or something inside of it.

Dangerous item! Water spurts out everywhere when you pour. No whistle, scolding handle and nozzle. Usually love Hearth and Hand.

I love the style but also that it is functional and sturdy. I need this to last me a long time and it seems very hefty enough to get me through many years to come.

Tepot is not functional. It does not whistle and is a really cheap paint job. I don’t think it’s gonna last long at all. Just bought it yesterday. It’s disappointing. If you’re looking for a teapot, that’s just going to be a dust collector. This is the item for you. I did do a Google search and I guess this brand had a teapot that was recalled back in 2022 due to the teapot being a fire starter, so I’m curious if this is also going to be recalled.

I waited until I could buy this in store to buy. I don’t trust Target shipping after seeing so many horror stories of poor packaging. Anyway, this kettle is so pretty and holds a larger amount of water than some other kettles I looked at. The inside of the kettle has a max water line that goes all the way around the inside above the scallop detail (the instructions that came w it show it). Some reviews said there isn’t a line, but there in fact is. I boiled a full pot of water on my gas stove over Medium heat in 10min. The handle does get warm to touch but it wasn’t hot enough that I couldn’t pour it without a pot holder or towel. What makes it even better is the detail on the side matches my sink! My advice is buy in store to inspect it for any scratches or discoloration. I’m very happy with this purchase

The teapot is so pretty & very nice quality but as others have said it is not being packaged properly. It arrived all marked up from rolling around in the box & unfortunately will have to return. I have ordered items from pick up that have been packaged better.

The kettle is adorable, I ordered it and it came in damaged so a second one was shipped...It also was delivered damaged. Target does not package their items well enough.... I get things delivered broken all the time due to packaging.

This tea kettle is cute to look at but also functional. I like that I can adjust the handle for easier storing after use!

I’m questioning the gold spout and handle color. It arrived a rose color. Not as pictured. I wonder over time will it become a issue. Overall I like the style of the pot. I’m a old fashioned girl it fits my style.

Bought it as decor but has been used. I love it.

Poorly packaged, the first one didn’t have any protection at all, I requested a replacement and although their was air pillows around the teapot was not bubble wrapped and of course it also arrived damaged! So disappointed.

Very happy with this product. It’s beautiful and priced great for the quality.

I want to love this, the color is a beautiful green that works well in my kitchen & the copper accents add so much. But when I opened the box, it was not wrapped in anything, in a box with 2 other items, & so scratched up there is no way I will be keeping it. This looks worse than an item that would be purchased second hand. After reading the comments, Target should listen & wrap these better. I would love to replace it by going to the store but none of the stores around me carry it.

I don’t even drink tea, but I loved the style of this teapot and thought it would make for a great decor in my kitchen.

Packaged poorly and scratched all up!
