Q: Is to to replace the receded led light with this fixture Is the wire connection juts two wires black and white? Also is there a way to install so that it's screwed into wood not just the dry wall

A: Hi - this design has three wires including a ground wire. For the wood installation issue, the fixture is design to be installed into a ceiling junction box which safely houses the wiring. If you don't have that at the location you are installing this at you'll want to consult with an electrician. Thank you for the questions.
