The ingredients contain vitamin b12, pqq, and coq10 that help with energy boost, healthy aging, and muscle support. I didn't have any stomach issues and it was easy to take. You only need one daily.

As for effectiveness, I can't tell if it made too much difference after a month of use. But some suppliments need more time until you see results.
