Saw this product on the shelf and immediately wanted to try it. We've used Premier Protein shakes for years and love them. The mix is very smooth, and easy to pour out (although the bag makes that a little awkward). It is a little harder than other brands to mix to the right consistency but I added some more water and it was fine. They cook up good and taste great. Now the problem we had is my wife's blood sugar goes up every time she eats them (she wears a Dexcom 7 monitor). I looked today and 38g of carbohydrates. I didn't realize that. Even though the actual sugar content is much less, the carb content puts in into a category that does raise blood sugar. I love everything about this brand but that. I suppose i'm going to have to find another brand to keep from making her blood sugar go up.

I've tried quiet a few protein pancake mixes over the past year, and I have to say, this one is the best tasting and the pancake come out fluffy every time! The just add water component of it makes it super easy to take camping!
