Q: I get pretty litter every month. Did the quantity gone down? A bag of pretty litter usually last me a full month no problem. I just bought a new bag one week ago and it’s almost done.. Did they reduced the size of the bag?

Just to confirm, the size of our PrettyLitter bags hasn’t changed—our non-clumping subscription bags are 6 lbs, retail bags are 8 lbs, and the clumping version is still 10 lbs. Q: Can this litter clump be flushed down the toilet? Is it safe for pipes and sewer system?

A: Hi, AWM! Good question! We recommend against flushing PrettyLitter because feline feces can contain toxoplasmosis, a parasite that can be harmful to marine life. If you live near water, it's definitely something to keep in mind. The concern is really with the feces, not the litter itself. As for the litter, if you have a septic tank, it depends on how well your tank handles other litters. If you've flushed other types of litter into your septic system in the past without issues, PrettyLitter should work just as well. I love how the urine clumps and you remove it instead of mixing it with the crystals!! It makes the litter last longer and excellent odor control. Ofcourse I love being able to monitor my fur babies health and she enjoys the softer texter!

It works. But most of the clumps stick to the silicon. Going to give non clumping a shot. Not ready to give up on pretty litter as it's light weight is much easier on the litter robot than regular clay litter

I love the clumping easy to scoop out and no odor. We scoop once a day. We used another litter that had such a strong smell the whole house smelled like litter so anyone who came over knew there was a litter box. Now no one knows unless they happen to see it. We will never use another litter.

I love this new formula! The only way it sticks to the box is if you’re not cleaning it daily, otherwise, it is so much easier to keep clean! (Don’t know why other reviews say that) The other formula just gets blended too easily where I had to deep clean it every week where this I don’t. I love it!

This is the worst litter possible. It caked to the litter box like cement. Then my cat dragged it all over my house because it would stick to her as well. My cat also developed some sort of sneeze/cough which has since gone away after I stopped using this. This is not a good litter.

I like that it’s not dusty. The cat room smells way better after switching to pretty litter. But this clumping stuff sticks to the bottom of our litter robot. Idk if the original pretty litter would do that… I’m hoping to switch and see if it’s better BUY yuck It’s soooooo gross. I just had to use a metal spatula and and wet rag to scrape it all off. 🤢

While the odor is great as well as the color feature, It tracks throughout the house a lot. Due to this issue, I now have to vacuum the room daily and will have to cancel my subscription and send back the other two bags of litter.
