They are not bulky and fit like regular under garments.They keep the dampness away from you and feel good.

I only needed them for bleeding from a buttcheek sore. So I don't know if they hold a lot of fluid. I got XL and the fit is right for my 40-inch waist and average butt

These briefs seem thinner than the previous ones, yet they are quite absorbent, and that is the reason to use them. I wear these on trips. They are very comfortable, fit good, don't show under my clothes and are not noisy. Better and more absorbant than any other brand that I have tried. I am very satisfied with the product.

He said they were comfortable and worked very well and the only issue was they were just a little snug around the thighs, other than that they worked for him. He is used to wearing boxer briefs and said they felt very weird at first but when he's working they are perfect. The fit was perfect though for his build except in the thigh area.

He doesn’t feel as though it is visible to others which is very important in products for incontinence . I would recommend this product to others.

They are very comfortable and form fitted. They didn’t make him feel like he was wearing protective underwear. There is no bunching or sagging and even comes in a nice blue color.
