I only needed them for bleeding from a buttcheek sore. So I don't know if they hold a lot of fluid. I got XL and the fit is right for my 40-inch waist and average butt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way the Prevail PerFit for Men Underwear fit and feel. I am a woman and have tried the women’s but I still like the mens better. These briefs seem thinner than the previous ones, yet they are quite absorbent, and that is the reason to use them. I wear these on trips. They are very comfortable, fit good, don't show under my clothes and are not noisy. Better and more absorbant than any other brand that I have tried. I am very satisfied with the product.

Very Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Fiance tried these right after I got them. He said they were comfortable and worked very well and the only issue was they were just a little snug around the thighs, other than that they worked for him. He is used to wearing boxer briefs and said they felt very weird at first but when he's working they are perfect. The fit was perfect though for his build except in the thigh area.

Adequate protection

He doesn’t feel as though it is visible to others which is very important in products for incontinence . I would recommend this product to others.
