These are nasty! Have tried multiple different flavors and they all have the same gross taste.

I was so excited to try these but omg these are disgusting. All of there products are so bad. I say stick with quest. Not sure who approved these but they needa go back to the lab.

This thing tastes like dog food bro, like I had to throw it away because it did not taste anything like a chocolate or something good with protein, not very sigma.

My son and I couldn’t swallow this. One bite and we spit it right out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this protein brownie up from Target. It is chocolate donut flavor and the brownie actually does take like chocolate donuts. It has 19 grams of protein and also has collagen which is a nice bonus. The brownie has a : strong chocolate flavor but more on the protein bar side than a true brownie. There’s a subtle sweetness, but you may also notice that slightly chalky/processed protein aftertaste. It is not overly sweet, which is good for those avoiding sugar bombs, but don’t expect a dessert-like richness. Great when I am craving chocolate! I received an incentive to write this review.

The brownie had good texture but had a strange chemical taste. Kinda like a like you juiced a used sock into it. The frosting is overly sweet as well.

This has the funniest after taste. Chemical and hard to finish. I would rather eat a Barbell than this. Better macros and tastes much better. This is not it if you’re looking for protein and to satisfy a sweet tooth. Yuck! Only

This is good, same texture as a cosmic brownie and it taste similar, but just a little more chemically. Not as rich , but still sweet. I think it was good, but I don’t think I would get it again as a protein snack. The calories are very high compared to the amount of protein that’s in it, but if I needed a healthier version of a brownie, I would reach for this again. Price is not bad either.

Found this protein brownie at my local target, didn’t had high expectations for it but still got it. Happy to say I loved it, planning on buying more of them. And maybe trying more flavors.

The brownie doesn’t crumble and is a great protein treat. The brownie I would say is filling but not a meal replacement. This item is not for someone who doesn’t like sweets as is it a pretty sweet item. I think it’s priced similar to other boutique style protein treats on the market. The serving size was just right, enough to keep you full and satisfy you like a “treat” but not too much. The flavor is somewhat muted and was not overwhelmingly chocolate. A trying to be healthier chocolate lover's dream, right? After opening the package my hope dwindled a bit at the appearance of the frosting. It looked very dry and was super thin, not like the pic on the packagecat all. But the brownie itself looked chocolatey and moist so I was still optimistic. Quality aside from the frosting looked pretty good. As I brought it closer to my mouth though I was met with a somewhat unpleasant smell that made me want to put it back down. Kind of a chocolate feet smell. Against my better judgement I still took a bite. All hope for a yummy, healthy chocolate dessert completely shattered. Absolutely disgusting. Chocolate sweet feet yuck taste. Made me and my daughter both gag. And to make matters worse the aftertaste was worse and it lingered. I'm gagging again just thinking about it. It did have a little bit of a chalky texture after chewing. The frosting was very good and helped moisten it a little. The amount of protein in the brownie was great and it was very filling. I saw this product and felt this would be a nice and healthy treat. The brownie is a good size for a snack. The photo on the packaging looks like the frosting on top is gooey so I was worried it would be messy to eat. However, the frosting is actually dry and dull looking. The brownie itself is neither moist or dry. It is typical of any prepackaged cake like snack. The taste was okay. It obviously doesn’t taste like a fresh baked brownie but it was as close as possible given the health benefits with the added protein. I received an incentive to write this review.

It resembled a “Glazed Donut” as that is the name of the flavor, however it tasted more like a protein bar. It was moist and I enjoyed the chocolate flavor. I think most health conscious people would enjoy this treat. The bars are made in the USA and handcrafted by small batch! I would definitely buy this product again. Definitely had some artificial chocolate taste but it was not bad whatsoever!! I absolutely loved it and thought it was so much like a glazed chocolate donut!! Worth it and will be buying again!
