Gives Blatter spasm/UTI symptoms

So I took this every morning for a bit over 2 weeks. As someone with pcos I was recommended this by my doctor and it gave me really bad Blatter spasms/UTI symptoms. It Might work great for other just not for me. I just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else has this issue. Symptoms stopped within 24 to 48 hours after I stopped taking.

Actually tasteless!

I bought this a while ago in hopes of supporting my female needs and I'm happy I did. It help regulate things and get me back on track. The best part is that it dissolves completely and has no taste! I could literally add it to any cold drink!

Easy to take inositol powder

My super smart sister (she has a PhD in the medical field) recommended I try it. I decided to go with the powder form and just mix it into my morning coffee—it was super easy to take, with no nasty taste (just a pinch of sweetness) or residue. I’m not sure if it’s the inositol or not, but after three months, I’ve lost 10 lbs and my perimenopause symptoms are almost gone.

I enjoy this product a lot!

I use this for PCOS. It has a light, sweet taste i don't mind it.
