Headphones arrived, everything works fine, no issues with sound so far. But the item doesn’t match the pictures. On the listing they look like solid plastic earbuds, but in reality they come with soft rubber tips (like in-ear buds). Not a huge deal, but still kinda misleading.

I ordered it and the shipping label was made but got delayed. I had to call them over a week later to see what the hold up was just for them to tell me it was out of stock. In the app, I couldn't even cancel it myself of check the reason for the delay. After calling, they gave me a refund but said I had to wait 7 business days for my money back.
