We noticed your feedback about the background noise not being reduced as expected, and we want to ensure you’re getting the best experience possible. If you'd like, you can enable Active Noise Canceling through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected device. Just remember, you’ll need to wear both earbuds to activate it. You can also easily turn on Active Noise Canceling directly on the Buds by touching and holding one of the earbuds while wearing both.
