My non-stop 12 year-old has been introduced to the weight room in middle school and has been super sore. He always has to push it to the limit. I am hoping it lasts a long time because I plan to use it often. Definitely helps with menstrual cramps (hot) and my back pain (cold). Don’t forget to always wrap it around cloth or something, NEVER DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN!!!

Currently that’s it’s cold, it’s not ice rock but still flexible. I have it cupping my ankle and it getting the whole sprain. It also took an hour or less to get it cold enough so it’s good to have it for emergencies or situations you’ll need both in
