Love this product - I put it to work immediately! The motor casing is great with the handle but because there is no connection to the bucket it's not easy to move the unit. After each use I empty the contents andI tuck it sideways for storing but pull it out closer to my chair when in use. There is no easy way to move it, so I find that awkward

Bad produxt and customer service

This shredder broke after just one use. Paper got stuck even though I was only shredding a 5 sheet packet. I called customer support three times they told me to try shredder oil which I did they then said it could be replaced because their profits have a 1 year warranty. After going through and sending receipts and pictures I never received a replacement. When I followed up they said I didn’t qualify because I didn’t order the product directly from them or Amazon. I would not order this or any other products from this company again in the curries. Waste of money and time

Small but mighty

Small but mighty. This shredder works like a champ. It’s a tiny little thing, much smaller than I anticipated, but shredded through 3 years or taxes with no issues. I did have to empty the bin once to make room. I’m actually glad it’s smaller than I thought because it takes up less space in the closet!
