Would use again

Strong Scent, Short-Term Results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave Bonide Snake Stopper Snake Repellent a try because I wanted something to discourage snakes from hanging around the yard. The smell is strong at first — kind of herbal and spicy — and it does seem to make snakes think twice about coming close. I noticed fewer around the areas I treated, especially right after application. The downside is it needs to be reapplied pretty often, especially after rain, so the effectiveness doesn’t last long. It’s more of a temporary deterrent than a long-term fix. I like that it’s made with natural oils instead of harsh chemicals, but it’s not a one-and-done solution. Good for peace of mind in spots you want to keep clear, but expect to refresh it regularly.

My yard has a huge snake infestation and I hardly like going out anymore, but I used this and began stepping outside for a bit looking for progress and it’s worked! The packaging is useful, it’s definitely worth the ACTUAL PRICE of the item in my opinion, and if there’s a scent I can’t really sense one! Def recommend!!!

Snake repellent used in basement area.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good product to use in my cellar. As it is dark and moist. It’s safe for its although I don’t have and dog/cat on the property. There is no scent to speak of, it it does NOT have any harsh chemical odor which is an added plus. We haven’t seen any snake activity in weeks after using this snake stopper. I would recommend!

No Snakes!! Less Freak Outs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom has a very wooded backyard. She has a back house in that wooded area with a large woodpile for winter stacked against it. Every spring/summer she has had a run in with a snake or two, and has had a melt down every time. This year, I found the Bonide Snake Stopper and thought I would give it a try. Sprayed the perimeter of the back house, and all around the wood pile. So far, there have been no snake sightings, and no freak out phone calls from my mother asking for help. The Bonide has kept things snake free and quiet! I gave 4 stars because I can’t be sure that the snakes aren’t just cleverly hiding, but I’m inclined to say they have found a new home for the time being.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sprays good and settles good smells like mothballs (I think) it’s safe enough to use on ur yard with animals I haven’t seen any snakes in my yard and we usually always see at least 1 or 2 every summer and I didn’t see any so far this year. I would say it’s effective and does work. That’s why I waited till after we mowed and weedeated again just to make sure we didn’t see any snakes.

Peace of mind

Worked very well

This brand when I started spraying I saw snakes slither to safety. The scent was a little pungent but it has to be to repel the snakes. I was even able to spray both back and front yards

Easy snd effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a yard that is lined with trees at the fence line, there are lots of little spots for the snakes to be. And I’m fine with them staying over there. But when they come to the door? That’s a different story!! This product was so easy to use, and I didn’t notice any strong scent while using it. I have only seen baby corn snakes and king snakes this year, but once I sprayed I no longer saw them at my entryways. It is totally safe to use around my kids, and the neighbors cats when following product instructions. This is definitely a great addition to a home where a phobia of snakes exists!!
