works for me

This has the right amount of calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D for me to take 3 times a day to help my bones stay strong. The blood work shows that this plus extra Vitamin D is perfect for me. Tablets seem to work better for me than capsules.

More bang for the buck

With most calcium/magnesium formulas I was having to take 12 or more capsules per day to get the mg of calcium that my doctor prefer that I take. With this particular one, yes the tablets are pretty big, I only have to take four a day for which I am thankful. I will continue buying this unless someone comes up with a capsule that minimizes the number of capsules that needs to be taken to get the dose.

THE RIGHT % OF INGREDIENTS

This is exactly what I want as far as how much is in each tablet. The only problem is - they are HUGE. I've been taking them for a while but last week that big joker got stuck in my throat. I wish Swanson's brand had the same ingredients and be smaller.
