    Really awful taste

    This is seriously a horrible tasting protein shake. I couldn't even choke it down. Tastes terrible, smells terrible. I tried mixing in a little hot cocoa powder to see if it might mask the taste but sadly it could not. I am very disappointed because I heard it was a good protein powder, but there is no way I can drink this.

    Essential Protein

    Tried Essential Protein after using Protein and Supergreens (had used Protein and Greens for a few years). I found Essential Protein mixed more thoroughly and preferred the flavor. The new Supergreens has become more gritty, not mixing as thoroughly.

    Yummy protein powder

    I've been a long time fan of vega's vanilla plain protein powder. The formula has definitely changed over the years, but I still really enjoy the flavor. It's amazing when blended with almond milk and a frozen banana, but I've lately started to drink it with just water, and it's perfectly fine that way. It also works well when added to things like baked oatmeal.
