Not as advertised

I ordered the 2' x 3' Lattice Shag Rug expecting it to be thicker than it is. The shag is sparse, and you can see the binding to the rug back. This is not as plush as advertised. Secondly, the rug measures 4 inches shorter on all sides. For my purposes I can still use it, but it did not live up to my expectations.
