Disappointed with customer service

HORRIBLE customer service when trying to return the item due to being the wrong size. The item took almost two weeks to deliver, which counts as part of your 30 day return eligibility. Was out of town when this was delivered, so gave little to no time to return once I had the chance to try on. As a very frequent Target shopper, very disappointed in the lack of help and guidance on being able to return or receive store credit for the item.
