Whisper Organics Organic Cotton Waterproof Pillow Protector Standard

Edit: customer service reached out to me after this review and confirmed that my issues described below are a manufacturing defect. I have since been given a full refund while they investigate the issue. Original review: When I received my pillow protectors I tested them by pouring a glass of water on them. Unfortunately this is when I saw that the protector is not waterproof near the edges. The center area is indeed waterproof and I could see the water pooling on top rather than absorbing. But at the edges the water was absorbed and made it to the inside of the protector, which then got wet. I estimate about 1cm in from the edges is NOT waterproof. This is disappointing since I wanted these protectors for my young son's bed, to protect his pillows from nighttime accidents. I am still using them but now I am taking a risk that liquid can still make it through if my son has an accident near the edge of the pillow. Otherwise I appreciate the thickness of the material, the softness of the material, and it fits true to size. I just can't recommend this for anyone who needs 100%, edge to edge protection.

Love the quality of this product definitely would recommend it!
