Sadly, they just didn’t work for my needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these exactly as directed- about 30 minutes before bed- and I’ll admit they did help me get a full 8.5 hours of sleep. In that sense they worked well. Unfortunately, the next day was a completely different story. I felt extremely drowsy, groggy, and just overall drained well into the day. It was hard to stay focused of feel fully awake, which really interfered with my routine. While they may be effective for sleep, the lingering fatigue the next day just didn’t make them worth it for me. Sadly, they just didn’t work for my needs.

Get to sleep fast and get a good night's rest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product Unisom is my new go to for getting to sleep quickly and getting a good night's rest. These pills are just right size to swallow easily. There is no aftertaste and they work fast. You can use periodically or.for.up.to 2 weeks. Im not sure if they dissolve as I swallowed mine with water. The absorb quickly. I highly recommend Unisom. When i woke up next morning I felt great and like I got a good night sleep.

Best sleep ever

This was some of the best sleep u have gotten since my baby was born. I took one last night 30 minutes before bed as instructed. I slept all night. I didn't feel groggy when I got up this morning. I felt very refreshed and ready to start my day. You can take it daily but I only prefer to take it when I need a good nights rest. 10/10.

Crazy dreams

They gave me about 6 to 7 hours of sleep each time. The only thing I didn't like was the very vivid, crazy dreams I was having.

Perfect size sleeping pill
