Great laptop, fast and very well suited for browsing and watching videos.

The device is great however you are limited to the boundaries of the Chrome OS and also running when it as a site software can cause issues you're going to have to do a lot of googling in order to figure out your way well worth it if you want to get around not using Windows anymore

The screen resolution was low and it had to do a splash reset the first time I tried to set it up

The laptop is very nice. I am having some trouble switching from my old desktop computer to the laptop. I keep reaching for the mouse. I'll get used to it. There were really no instructions so I was flying by the seat of my pants. I'm figuring it out. I like it, I just am so slow on it right now.

I really enjoy my ASUS Chromebook. I could care less about it not being a name brand. It performs just as good as an expensive brand. Oh...and I was so happy to get it at the price I did !

Great Product If you need a Chromebook it is well worth the money.

If I would have taken the time to go through the set up process step by step it would have been allot easier for use.

This is a very nice laptop, you can feel the quality just holding it. Great graphics everything runs smoothly and the price let me tell you,they have got to be loosing money you won't find this kind of quality for that amount of money anywhere

So far love my new laptop. It was a great buy. Ill probably buy an other laptop like this one for my kids to do their school work on.

So far this is working well for what I need to do. The solid state computer starts up immediately. I'm having a problem with a game I play but I will try Uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if it improves.

Xmas present for my son.... I had been shopping around everywhere for a while....prices too high, not compatible what he needed for, and seen this somewhere else lot more money and was refurbished...This laptop was brand new... lots with it... he was very happy.... Adult son.. His words were mom...never should of bought this they are too expensive..and this one... when i got my taxes was getting ... due at his apt has a older computer.... and has i am not tech smart lol. senior ... but also reviews..on target .. also when shopping other places that specialized in computers...finances could not do it... ty all reviewers about this one.. and yes.. asap.. he charged up and fast... and battery does last litttle over 13 hours and the ports. for all that new stuff.. he has.. He was very happy...ty

I don't use it very much because it's a backup for my phone. But what little I have used it seems to work okay.
