GREASY
Total grease-fest. It doesn't sink in, just stays a slick mess on the skin surface. I waited, rubbed and rubbed hoping to get it to soak in, but it just stays greasy. I had to wash it off to get my work done because no one wants a gross greasy keyboard. The scent is too strong, too. Like if you made the scent lighter and took out the perfuminess from it so it was just a light honey scent, it would be SO much better. As is, it gave me a headache. I'm hunting for a replacement because I relied on Watkins hand creams for the last decade, and that has also been reformulated into a useless product with a strong scent. This is NOT the replacement, just another disappointment.

Greasy Feeling Now.
I fell in love with this hand cream, because it felt nice on the hands. It dried down nicely while feeling light on my hands. It did not feel greasy or have a sticky feeling to it. BUT NOW, it feels thick, greasy, and tacky on my hands. The smell is slightly different too. I compared the ingrediants lists from the old formula and the new, and many ingrediants had their values changes, and there is 5 ingrediants missing from the old formula and 1(or2?) new ingrediants added. What I hate the most is that there is now more shea butter in it than there used to be. I'm a shea butter hater, because I hate the feeling of it. Sure, my hands are soft, but also feel like oil is sitting on my skin. So, I'm super disappointed in this change, and won't be purchasing this anymore. I don't reccomend it for people that have sensory issues wth their hands.

PLEASE make this for boys or st least make a larger size tube. It’s the only lotion I’ll use. The scent is lite & it goes on so nice & doesn’t leave me feeling sticky!

Disappointment
So disappointed! The old formulation was my absolute favorite and I went through so many of them. This new formula is not even close to what it used to be. Will not repurchase.

Wonderful product!
I received the hand cream as part of a gift set from a student one year. I had never tried Burt's Bees products before. I absolutely adore this hand cream and use it every single night at bedtime. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering at all. And I appreciate that the texture is so smooth and soft, not greasy or sticky at all, and it absorbs well. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a larger size!

Bummed about the change
Was the formula changed this past year? I use this hand cream every winter and it was always my favorite, but the one I got last month with new packaging does nothing. Looks like I’ll be researching a new hand cream.

I used to love, really love the older version of this cream which had lots of beeswax, honey and other natural emollients! The new formula just doesn’t do anything!’What is magnesium aluminum salt doing in the natural brand creams? It is so frustrating that the company is not reading reviews and is discontinuing its best products like the Tomato Toner, moisturizing day cream, Baby bee skin cream, Evening Primrose Overnight cream in the cute glass jar, etc!!

Hate the new formula
My entire family was loyal to the prior formula of ‘Honey & Grapeseed’ for over a decade and purchased in bulk on a regular basis. That loyalty ended when, to our dismay, we noticed the new formula was thin, watery, and required double the amount to achieve noticeably reduced moisturizing effects. Even then, the new formula simply does not compare to the former recipe. Shrinkflation occurs in ingredients used for products as well as with sizing, y’all. We have sadly opted for a better product that offers the richness previously provided by ‘Honey & Grapeseed’ —not gonna lie, we are bitter!
