Thin book

Kind of expensive for what it is in my opinion. I only bought it because it had such good reviews. Book is very thin. Just okay. Probably wouldn't recommend because of the price.

Worth having one!!

Perfect for kids, my kindergartner need to draw and write in his writing journal and we are referring this frequently. His teacher recommended this book. A good buy. Kids creativity improves by practicing this book.

A great purchase

My 6-year-old son and his 8-year-old sister greatly enjoyed learning how to draw various cartoon animals using this step-by-step guide. The instructions were easy to follow since each picture shows exactly what shapes and lines to draw in order to add the different features of each animal. There was a lot of laughter and it occupied their attention for a good amount of time. My son was eager to become a better artist, so this was an excellent choice for him and now he says he will teach his friends how to draw some of his favorite animals. The only negative is that there is not adequate space under each picture to practice the drawings... you need to have your own blank paper to practice. However, for less than $10, we felt it was well worth the purchase!
