This powder has garnered a loyal following among guests for its lightweight feel and effective coverage, making it a staple for those with sensitive or oily skin. Many appreciate its talc-free formula and built-in SPF, which provide a natural finish without causing breakouts. However, concerns about discontinued shades and packaging issues have been raised. Overall, it remains a favored choice for achieving a flawless look without heaviness.

Good Alternative from the Translucent Loose Powder
I have been wearing their translucent powder religiously for years. It was great for my sensitive skin, made my complexion look great, and was long lasting. It really is a quality product and I went through a lot of trial and error before I found that one. For some god awful reason, the translucent Loose face powder is getting harder to find. Places that always had it in stock no longer have it as an option. It's already expensive and even more because of the shipping on Phycian Formula's site. It also takes forever to get it. I was lost every month as to where and how I was going to get this product every month and if I could get it at a decent price. I took a chance and got this one. I see it everywhere and trust the brand. Worst case scenario it is nothing like my previous powder and I'm out at most $15. It is literally just like it! It has the same color tone, and lasts all day! My skin has no problems with this new powder which I was worried about. If you like the lighter/paler tone, this is your go to and it is so good for sensitive skin types. It's worth the extra because of it's quality.

What happened to SPF?
I have loved and used this powder for years and new packaging does not indicate SPF and the powder seems different. Please bring back the original formula with SPF… it was excellent.

Breaks and makes a mess. Waste of money.
I have bought the mineral face powder for many years. At least the last 5 times I've purchased the product has cracked apart and made a mess in my purse or makeup bag within the first few weeks and become unusable. Super disappointed that when I called customer service all they could offer was a 30% discount to buy it again directly from their site…and pay shipping! Very sad- going to find a new brand now. Can't continue to throw my money away.

Best for extremely sensitive skin
I’ve been using this powder for several years now, for my extremely sensitive and dry skin. Nothing else suits my skin. But I’m noticing that you’re moving away from this line of your product towards newer additions. First you discontinued Translucent Light shade (my perfect shade), then bringing new products with extra unsafe ingredients. Please don’t do so. At least don’t discontinue or minimize the best product that started me and many more like me on PF . I’m requesting to bring back the Translucent Light shade and keep this particular Mineralwear minimalist formula forever.

Nearly perfect but lordy the included brush isn't
I bought this powder is a finishing and touchup powder as it has mineral sunscreens in it in the form of Zinc Oxide and Titanium oxide. The color and finish is perfect for my cool-neutral light skin. Plus carrying this compact with me allows me to touch up spf over my makeup. An additional bonus (or so I thought) was the included brush. The first time I used the brush there was product flying all over my desk me the container everything! I'm going to grab another mini brush out of my Loreal blush and see if that works better as it feels much softer. The only other negative comment is that the pricing is truly drugstore. When costed out per ounce it is within a dollar or two of Laura Mercier and Charlotte Tilbury. That being said the economy of scale doesn't really matter if you only have 13.00.

Quality Control Issue
The powder itself is good but I won't buy again-- after a month of use the powder has totally broken apart to the degree that I can't use it without making a big mess. Will be throwing away and buying something else probably from another company -- don't want to risk this happening again.

Creamy Natural now too dark
I have been using this for over 5 years. Creamy Natural was my go to. Nobody could tell I was wearing makeup. Now it’s too dark. Please go back to the original formula! I can’t find anything else to match my complexion.

Best For Me!
I have been using this powder for over 15 years and will continue to use as long as it’s available up until the day I pass on. I love that it doesn’t get “cakey” like, oily looking or stick in my cheek lines nor does it cause any type of breakouts!

This is my favorite powder. Please don't "discontinue" it, like you did with some of the other really good products.

This is an OG for me
I love this stuff! It's a staple in my makeup bag! My skin is so temperamental, and now that I'm older, this powder seems to be the only thing that stays on my skin well. I mix the shades to get a perfect color combo. Good skin prep is key to any make-up appl. My skin gets super oily, it's gots the pores, and some texture, but this stuff covers it all!

No SPF (anymore?)
I had this in a pick up order yesterday. The box is different but the product code is the same- except this product, as far as I can tell after reading the entire box - doesn't have SPF in it. Very disappointed as that's why I bought it. I'll be returning it later today.

Actually translucent
Okay so I've tried all of the physicians formula face powder since going talc free and this is the only one that is actually translucent. So for all my pale friends out there, this one's for you!

Used PF Mineral Wear Powder for a Decade
I used the creamy natural powder every day and exclusively for nearly a decade up to Spring 2021. It was so fast, convenient, smoothing and offered just the right level of light coverage for me. The SPF was a bonus. I never used the cheap brush included, but used my own fan brush to apply. In 2021 I thought it was too dark/orange and was starting to look cakey on my aging skin (51 y.o.). Also, like many other reviewers, the packaging and product would almost always break apart before I finished the pan. Such a waste of $ made me cry. I highly recommend this for women who would rather go out and enjoy or conquer the world then spending their time and money on makeup.

Very drying, accentuates fine lines
I wanted to like this powder, it's talc-free and fragrance free and reasonably priced. However for my skin it was just too drying and made my skin look textured and dry. I am in my 40's with combination skin and wanted to use this primarily in the T-zone and under my eyes, but it's not good for my skin.
