I picked up an order today with 15 items. When I went to bring it into my house I discovered that the Target employee threw the items all over my trunk. I use my own bags and there were plenty in my trunk, which is where they were supposed to be. But instead of using them they just scattered everything everywhere. I am not happy.

I have to be gluten-free so this was what I got instead of gluten-free soy sauce. I really liked it and will be getting it again!! It was so good. I’ve used it with gluten-free ramen noodles and have also used it to marinate steak. It’s not all salt like soy sauce, it has robust flavor and makes meat super tender.

Mild yet tasty flavor
I've used many soy sauces & tamaris over the decades, and this one is my favorite, both for being organic and for having a very nice flavor. Most others had a wierd and very strong taste that tended to drown out the spices such as ginger root and garlic, and with some even leaning towards bitter. By comarison this one is mild, so I use more of it than I did the others, but I don't mind as long as the end result is tasty; and I'll probably use less of it in time. I use it for stir-fries and simple homemade peanut sauce.

I love it! it does taste very similar to the regular soy sauce and I can't really tell the difference, and I prefer this over that coconut aminos stuff.. I love getting the gluten free pork pot stickers and pouring this on top. yum!

This is NOT a WHEAT FREE product. They don't add wheat so it is Gluten free, BUT the solution they brew it is NOT WHEAT FREE!! I am extremely allergic to only wheat. SanJ won't even return calls regarding this. The LABEL IS VERY MISLEADING!
