Tastes good, lasts long, & isn't too soft
I like it and have made the switch. It tastes better than most white breads, seems to last a long time without spoiling, and it isn't too soft, so it holds up well for sandwiches with lots of cold cuts.

Every loaf I’ve gotten since then has a damp, tacky texture, like what you would expect by under-baking the bread by 5 minutes or so.
