Overall tasty and easy
I made this in my Instant Pot. I used Dr. Pepper as the liquid and did high pressure for 20 minutes. It was cooked through and sliced easily but not falling apart tender. Added extra BBQ sauce over the top and we enjoyed it for an easy weeknight meal. Have not tried it in the oven. Will buy again.

Great value for one or maybe two people at $7 for a 24oz cut. Stuck it in the air fryer at 300F for 37 mins, turned it half way, then let rest for seven mins. Tasted like Lays BBQ chips and the cut is tender and juicy. Ate it with brown rice and veg which made for a fairly good meal. I’d say it’s enough for two days for two people or four for one.

Terrible taste, like a chemical flavor. It wasn't expired and I didn't add any additional seasoning. Just bad.

So tender and flavorful
