If you’re like me in your refrigerator did not come with an accessible area for water then you know it’s hard buying water bottles with this 2.5 gallon jug. It’s easy to slip into your fridge and have water to fill in your cup baking bottles, etc. perfect on the go. I don’t have to pull anything out out of the fridge to pour it out just easily Press the switch at the top and get pouring.

They all leak!
The last three I have bought all leaked. Either the spout or a crease on the bottom. I was planning on road tripping with them but ended up wasting money. I don't know if this is a manufacturing or a store handling issue.

Problems with water plug/ sprout & water leaking
For the past 2-3 months, each 2.5gal jug that I have purchased, the water plug or sprout completely breaks off and/ or the water just leaks out. I called the 1(800) number listed on the product but they said they were just a distributor and since I wasn’t a ready fresh customer there was nothing they could do to assist me. I just wanted to call them to provide feedback but I wasn’t even able to do that.

Leaked everywhere. Do not buy.
I used this as directed and even put a little cup under to catch any drips from the spout. The next day my refrigerator was covered in water and this was about 1/4 empty. Terrible design. Do not buy.

Perfect Size for the Fridge
I loathe water but my little one lives on it and this is perfect. It fits on the fridge shelf and has the pull spout for dispensing. Don't forget to poke a hole in the top to allow air in so it dispenses properly. Only reason I knocked a star off is because once in a while we get one that the spout starts dripping from where it snaps onto the jug. Otherwise I have no complaints AND with it being in there I'm actually drinking some water here and there 😁

Terrible Design
Got this while my plumbing’s being worked on, & WOW is the design bad. At rest, it leaks in the fridge from the bottom, and while pouring from the spout, it’s really difficult to use AND it leaks from there, too! I got 2 of these and I can’t wait to drink all the water and get rid of this.
