I'm upset most stores no longer carry this, as it's the only thing we can use for tacos. I thought my son had put different spices in it because it was so good and smokey! Then we realized they changed the formula. One of the first times "new and improved" was actually right! Hopefully we can find it at other stores.

New recipe is terrible! We used to love the original grillers so much. Now we’ll have to find an alternative. :(

The New recipe is horrible. I have used this product regularly for many years so I bought 4 packs not noticing the "Improvement" label. On first use I thought I had a bad batch. Opened another and it was equally gross. That's when I noticed it was a different recipe. What members on MorningStar's team thought this was an improvement? This is not how you're going to compete with Beyond and Impossible.
Bring back the original!

Used to be my favorite, but the recent recipe change was a swing and a miss. Just threw out four bags- not even remotely enjoyable.

This has been a staple in maaany of my vegetarian family's recipes for sooo long and now we are disgusted by the new recipe. Go back to the old recipe!!! This is so disappointing to my family and for so many of your customers. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!!! Your customers have spoken! Please stop making this new recipe. It's FAR from improved. Bleh.

I wish i could give this a 0 or negative rating. What once was 10 stars on a 5 stat scale, has flipped with a recipe change. The old adage, if it ain't broke don't fix it! Morningstar if you are listening, please revert back to the original recipe. In the meantime, we’ll be trying other brands to find an alternative.

I am sooo bummed. I have loved the original grillers crumbles for YEARS and was so disappointed when I realized there was a new recipe for them, the new recipe completely changed the taste , texture, and consistency. It simply does not taste good now. I used to buy morning star products weekly but with all the new recipes (which are all disappointing and taste completely different/bad) Im sad to say I won’t be buying them anymore. As someone who finds it difficult to find good vegetarian food and LOVED Morning Star products, I am so bummed.

Whatever they did to the recipe recently, has made the crumbles absolutely atrocious. They now give me a slight Salisbury steak taste, which is odd to me. I have eaten these for about a decade now, and no longer will be purchasing due to the poor taste and texture.

I bought these not noticing that the recipe had changed. It was very apparent when we cooked them up though. And, we're not fans of the new taste. The old flavor was better.

I’ve bought this for my family literally for decades. The new recipe is horrible! It tastes and smells bad but the biggest problem is the texture. It’s like a chunky pate. Why did you change this? It is terrible in tacos and chili. I’m switching to another brand until you fix this!

I have eaten Grillers Crumbles for years. It is a staple in our house. No more. When I tried the new recipe I thought the package had gone bad, the taste was so off. Please go back to your old recipe, Morningstar Farms!

This new recipe is flavorless and mushy. Morningstar crumbles were a staple for our family, but we can’t eat this new recipe. I was sad when they got rid of the black bean crumble, but this change actually is a dealbreaker. Bring back the old recipe!

I’ve eaten these since they first came out, and while the recipes have changed over the years and remained at least tolerable, this latest recipe is a disgrace.
Used to be crumbles, now just mushy

I used to love using these for tacos especially, but also in other recipes. This new formulation has an odd smell and taste, and is very mushy, not chewy. Very disappointing and we miss the old version.
