Just as good as the family recipes I grew up with
Growing up, my favorite preserves were those made by my aunt and grandmother. They used farm fresh produce they grew themselves, and eating it just made your eyes roll back in your head with pleasure. It's hard to find a product that matches those experiences, but Bonne Maman's line of products comes awfully close. Apricot preserves are one of my favorites, and they do it perfectly. Every time I spread this on toast or an English muffin, I find big chunks of fruit and it just makes for the tastiest spread. This also combines nicely with Cholula hot sauce to make a sweet and spicy glaze for chicken and pork. So good!
