this is not premium grated cheese
this is a cheese mixture with a host of other ingredients, that i cant confirm or validate. i buy this product because it meets some nutritional requirements and its a low reasonable cost, and especially livens up my pasta. but for a real organic authentic and healthy pasta experience, i would not recommend this. this is the 'Fast-food' version.

For about a year, I have been ordering off and on on the Target website. And lately, when I order anything, they have been selling bad food items that are out of date, and the cans and boxes are dented. That makes me not want to order from Target ever again. And the people who work at Target need to check your food items before you sell them to anyone.

Beware of Spoiled & Expired Goods on Online Orders
This item arrived already expired/spoiled. Also, we're experiencing heat (100 degrees or higher), so even non-perishables like these can spoil in packaging and shipping. I had to request my money back.

Will no longer buy
Don't recommend. Kraft changed their recipe sometime last year ( not sure exactly) and now I find this to be salty. It messes up the recipe when you need to add salt. Will no longer buy this.
