[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried John Soules chicken fajitas, and it was pretty much what I expected it to be- convenient pre-cooked chicken that does the job on a lazy night. Of course it's not as good as if you'd take the time to actually fry some chicken fresh, but the convenience is a huge benefit. If you add some peppers & onions and simmer it together on the stove for 20 minutes, it actually turns out really good. Definitely cuts a lot of the work out of making home made fajitas! Nothing compares to fresh cooked chicken, but this is a good choice for those nights when your energy is low and you don't feel like cooking much.
