Disappointed
My dad purchased the Maple Breakfast Links 3 weeks ago and I went to cook them tonight with pancakes. Oh my goodness! It tasted like a salt container was emptied into the ones I tasted. My parents always bought the Johnsonville brats, but these breakfast links do not compare in flavor even close.

terrible. I can't believe I paid for this.
terrible. It had zero discernable meat. seemed like 80% gristle and cartilidge, 20% salt to try to give it some flavor. So bad I came here to write a review.

Too salty
They were WAY too salty. We had to toss them out as nobody would/could eat them. Extremely disappointed.

Thin casing
I have been buying your products for a long time And the last two breakfast packages it seems the casings are very thin .I would say leave you products The way they were maybe raise the price.not the quality.

Hello. I bought the sausage about a week or so ago. I bought the breakfast sausage. I like the patty form. I was excited to try it. I thought that the sausage patties were okay at best. What I was really looking forward to but didn't get was the different spice blend that's in your Johnsonville large l inks.

Might eat this every day!
Luke was worried this sausage would not meet his 6 year old expectations of what is delicious. He said “no way” so I said “no tablet”! So he gave it a try, and he LOVED it!!!! We both agree it is a 5 star sausage.

What happened?
Just got done cleaning a bunch of grease out of the skillet. Sausage cooked down next to nothing inside the casing, and was left with lots of grease. Seems they were mostly salt and fat. They used to be so delicious but won't buy again.

Tough casing
The sausage itself is absolutely delicious, but the casing is inedible. I could not bite through it or cut it. I finally decided to just pull each cooked sausage out of the casing so we could eat them.

Too Salty
Although the flavor is good the saltiness ruins them. I had not purchased these original links for awhile and was surprised how salty they are. I will not be purchasing these any time soon. Make a lower sodium version please.

You know? I've never had a complaint about the breakfast sausages and prices are going up and quality is def going down. I bought the Johnsonville original breakfast sausage this Friday Feb 7th. The sausage were gamey and when I bit into it, the sausage squirted grease. Not cool. I'm really upset off about that. I don't think I'll go back to this product.n

Ground bone
Very disappointed, haven’t bought these for a while so decided to try several packages as they were on sale. There is nothing worse then having ground bone in the link. Big turn off.

Was good,now not so much.
I live in NJ and always loved this product. However, the last three times I've bought it they are covered in a thicker casing like the cheaper brands are. The third time is the last time I buy this.

Something has changed
These used to be favorite. I loved the maple syrup version. Served them to a young boy I babysit who called them " the good sausage". I bought 2 packages at a time. Ate 1 every day. Two for him. But...the sausages have changed. The texture and juiciness and flavor is different. I can't even taste the maple syrup anymore. I am going to stop buying them, sadly.

Very good quality product. Perfect blend of spices and the whole family loves it. Only problem is they go too quickly when put on the table.
