I’ve been using this milk for a while now, and it’s easily one of my favorite plant-based milks. The texture is smooth and creamy, and the vanilla flavor adds just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. It works perfectly in coffee, cereal, and smoothies, and I love that it’s dairy-free, lactose-free, and packed with nutrients like calcium and vitamins, making it a healthier alternative to regular milk. Overall, it’s a delicious, versatile option that I always keep stocked in my fridge.

You never have very many of them available. What deals with that if something sells often you should apply on the shelves more items.I

Fake Cake Flavor YUCK
Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Dairy Free Almond Milk has a fake cake flavor. Just like flavored candies that taste like cake. It does not have a true vanilla flavor. Won't buy again.

Questionable Ingredients
I used to enjoy this product, but I have some concerns about the ingredients. Why would a mineral blend be added esp B12, when the added calcium would nullify it. Essentially calcium nullifies the absorption of minerals. Also a question on the choice of Vitamin E acetate - it's just a nice way of saying synthetic Vit E or dl-alpha tocopherol which never leaves the body. A while back some companies were deriving E from soy but your description says "no soy." You have taken the time to use sunflower lecithin which is a plus, and not simple "lecithin" which is derived from soy. Are the added minerals in minute quantities that they actually do not add anything worthy to the product?

Thank you for your review of our Original Almondmilk! We appreciate you taking the time to ask these questions. Our vitamin E acetate is derived from soybeans, but purified so that it does not contain any allergenic material from soy. As for how much of each vitamin is in the Almondmilk, you can find this on the Nutrition Facts either on the carton or on our website. For further questions, we would recommend contacting us using the form on our website. Thank you again for reaching out, and we hope that our answers will help you feel more comfortable with using our products. - Jack at Silk

Great almond milk
Tastes great. I use it in recipes and I’ve eaten it with cereal. The vanilla flavor is good too I just prefer the plain.

Light taste and delicious always refreshing
Smooth and tasty, this almond milk is delicious. Never going back into cows milk. Excellent for people who are lactose intolerant without the added sugar. Excellent in coffee and cereal and other baking dishes.

Silk is amazing.
I was terrified when I became lactose intolerant in my 40s . I figured milk wasn't something I could enjoy anymore. Silk saved me. I use it in cereal, coffee, tea, baking, everywhere dairy milk would kill me. Silk saved my life and made me able to enjoy food again.

My favorite
After trying many brands of almond milk, I’ve purchased the original unsweetened variety consistently for over ten years. Not gummy, just the right consistency. I use it primarily in coffee and cooking. It’s not too expensive and available in more and more markets.
