A tasty treat that's easy to eat.
I call these "mom's favorite" because she loves them so much. They are only available at one grocery store locally, sporadically at that. Buying them online via this website is actually cheaper if the shipping's free. I'm not a fan of mass-manufactured treats like this normally, but these are a cut above in the taste and texture departments. The only real negative I've found is that the 'best by' dates can be rather short, usually less than two weeks from when they arrive on my doorstep. Not bad if you're going to eat them quickly, but if you buy a bunch of boxes are only eat them occasionally they may get a bit stale sitting around.

Love those Devil Dogs
I am from NY and grew up with the Drakes Cakes. The only time I have been able to get Devil Dogs or any of the Drakes Cakes goodies was when I visited or sent money to my sister and asked her to buy and mail out to me. Now that I know I can get them from Target online I am soooooooo happy. (so is my grown son and 10 year old grandson).

Da best, they didn't sell them in WA, but believe it when you do it well sell. We bought 3 boxes, two more weeks before expiration. Too many of us for it to expire =8o) Got it quick, the only thing is the expensive shipping.

Did not taste good like i remember
I grew up with devil dogs in NYC in the 80s. Haven't had them in years since moving, only the little debbie knock off. Well drakes cakes devil dogs is not what it was. They were oddly chewy, not tasty, and looked like it had small spots of mold in a sealed package with a week left to sell by date. It was disappointing, not like my childhood at all. The little debbie type are not exactly the same as classic devil dogs, but they are much closer than these modern drakes devil dogs and much more delicious. I did not like these devil dogs at all!
