The Last of Us: Remastered - PlayStation 4 (PlayStation Hits)

I normally don’t even like video games. I get bored after about 30 minutes of play… but this one. This one is wayyyy different. It keeps you so interested and intrigued, I seriously can’t put it down. I’ve almost beat the whole thing in about a week!! The story line is incredible and the characters/graphics/sounds are all on point! Great game! Will be buying part 2 right away!

The Last of Us, excellent game, very challenging, and I very much enjoy the graphics. It is just so amazing, there are no other words that come to mind about it.

I just finished the PS4 remaster of the main story last night. I never played the PS3 version, but I'm sure this blows the PS3 version away visually. I enjoyed just exploring the amazing environments. I will try not to spoil the story but it is immersive and moves along at a good pace. At the center of the story is the change in the dynamics between Joel and Ellie. Certainly some heartbreaking moments in there. Some thought and strategy is also needed because you have different type of enemies to deal with and different options for dealing with them successfully, and sometimes the best option is to not deal with them. Many times your decision is made for you based on what you have on hand. If you like a pulse pounding, danger lurking around every corner kind of game, this is definitely for you! Oh, the ending! Probably not what you expect, it will leave you thinking and asking questions long after you earn it, answers a couple questions but leaves you asking many more unlike some games. This remaster is a great play and well worth the twenty bucks I paid for it. Can't wait for Part II

This is not just a video game! This is like an interactive movie that has incredible writing, direction, and acting. In addition to the amazing story, the gameplay is perfectly balanced. This is one of the only games I can feel completely happy to just watch because the story is so enthralling, and there are many ways to approach any given scenario. It's not just a "shoot your way out" game, but make no mistake! There is plenty of action too! (Oh, Gustavo Santaolalla composed music that can be enjoyed completely separately from the game. Every detail has been attended to with great care, and I am ready for part 2!!!

I got this as part of a Sony bundle not expecting it to be all that great. Boy was I wrong. This was probably the best survival horror game I ever played. The story, the graphics, the gameplay, all worked together perfectly.

Fantastic story, really detailed environments. Sometimes I feel like just touring the areas rather than racing to the objective. Controls are very good but not perfect. Sometimes have to be in just the right spot for an action to take place. Very happy to have this on ps4. Well worth the money.

Controls are slightly flawed, but everything else puts this game on a level all its own! If you like to take part in immersive, story-driven, experiences this game is the best ever! I have played the PS3 version through 4 times and still bought this version to play several times more! Truly riveting and a masterpiece! In my opinion there isnt a better game out.
