I love this coconut water. It is very refreshing and delicious. I drink this when I have migraines, it has high potassium which helps to restore my electrolyte balance. The pineapple mixes well with the coconut, and makes it sweeter.

From concentrate, NO pineapple
NO Actual Pineapple. The ingredients say coconut water, pineapple puree, coconut puree and ascorbic acid but it is actually coconut water from concentrate,, sugar, natural flavors, coconut puree, ascorbic acid and gellum gum. I thought Vita Coco was never from concentrate? seems deceiving.
