Tastes bad

Delicious and hydrating

Strong Flavor
I usually use the packets to make my own electrolyte solution, both for my kids when they aren't feeling well, and for myself if I happen to stay out a little too late (if you know what I mean!). The strawberry flavor is a little strong for my taste, but my kids like it.

A great plant based electrolyte supplement!
This is like any other electrolyte supplement but the one thing I prefer about this one is it’s all plant based! My kids love sports drinks but I worry about the amount of sugar in them but with this it’s made with coconut water so I feel like it’s healthier for them! We use it for hot days or even when they are sick and need something to help with electrolyte balance!

I got this berri lyte two weeks ago and we absolutely love it. We love that it has a good taste to it. We love that it is healthy. We love that it puts electrolytes back into your body. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Natural!
I was excited to stumble upon this as my youngest as regular tummy troubles. We are often in the market for drinks of this nature to keep him hydrated. I love the more natural ingredients in this and the strawberry is subtle, not over powering and fake. We will seek out other flavors from this brand in the future.

Taste good
I like it. It tastes very similar to children’s electrolyte drinks. Used it after going to for a hike and felt that it did the job. I also like that it is organic which is nice to know that there isn’t any extra ingredients added, just what you need.

Love that it's organic!
I really like how there is finally an organic electrolyte drink. For that I give it 5 stars. I am knocking 1 star off because I don't love the taste. I would still drink this if I was dehydrated or needed the electrolytes after a workout. Tastewise I would kind of compare it to a strawberry lollipop just not as good.

My son got sick randomly and I’m so grateful I got this and could give it to him. He’s usually extremely skeptical and he really enjoyed this and asked for more. We are big fans that it’s naturally derived as well!!

Tastes great and works even better!
I love this electrolyte drink. I get leg cramps all the time due to dehydration and water just doesn’t cut it and I don’t want to drink Pedialyte for kids. This drink is perfect for adults or kids if you need a little extra Electrolytes in your system. Great taste and a nice selection of flavors.

Good ingredients. Better than the alternatives
Not a bad electrolyte drink for kids. I think it's a great alternative to Pedialyte because it doesn't have food dyes and other garbage like dextrose and artificial flavors. Love that this is organic and uses coconut water, agave to sweeten and sea salt. It's not overly salty but not real sweet either. Tastes like a watered down strawberry Popsicle. My 3 year old drank it without a problem but my 7 year old was not a fan and said she wished it had more strawberry flavor to it. If we need an electrolyte drink I would definitely grab this over others.

This is the best for hydration!
I overdid it at pool party the other weekend and was so dehydrated the next morning. I poured a glass of this and within minutes felt a million times better. I really feel like this is superior to the powder brands out there. It’s far, ready-to-drink, and has way better ingredients for you! It taste like a melted popsicle but not in an overall sweet way. I drink it chilled. It’s going to be my go-to drink for rehydrating after a day in the sun or feeling under the weather.

Good taste
Taste great it had a great taste and kinda like a sweet taste. I could taste the strawberry alittle wished it had more strawberry flavor. Its not a bad drink at all to hydrate yourself on these hot days in Texas.
