Super happy with this chair. I bought in brown for my dining room. Now I just purchased another one. Two club chairs are better than one!

The chair tips over too easily. Two winter coats on the back and it fell right over

I feel duped. I buy chairs that actually get used, so I know what wears well and what doesn’t. I’ve been buying similar red Christopher Knight chairs for several years for various needs and they’ve been great. We’ve had these less than a year, and the cushions are shot. Flat pancake cushions. People are complaining, they won’t sit in them. Today my husband unzipped the cushion cover (the zipper is unusual and good!) and found the foam inside to be trash. We might be able to buy new foam. But this is a very short time for a chair to be so bad. If it’s just for looks, you’ll be fine. But if people are going to regularly sit in the chair, this is a bad choice.

The chair is elegant and classy. Quality is a 10.

I bought 2 of these because of the reviews. They are lovely, a little wider than I anticipated, and easy to attach the legs. Unfortunately, when I sat in it, my feet didn't touch the floor. I'm 5'4". Had to return them.

Just received two chairs and my first impression is great. They are going into a small room so the size is perfect for us. The color is cream/off-white. I expect them to hold up well as I have another Christopher Knight chair in the same material but brown, and it has worn remarkably well. Can’t beat the price point value.

The chair arrived ahead of schedule, which was great and there was no assembly required, which was also great. The chair looks just like the photo on the Target web site and it's perfect as an accent chair in the master bedroom. It's the perfect size, fit and color! The reasonable price was also impressive and the chair has the appearance of a much more expensive chair.

To say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price would be an understatement. I am delighted with this purchase. I would say the chair is a "value" item, but it gives off the impression of a more expensive piece of furniture. (I don't mean to suggest anyone will do a jaw-dropping double-take, but it definitely has a vibe that's a bit more upscale.) The hobnail upholstery tacks and leather covering give the chair a sedate, masculine look and feel. It's attractive, low-key, not "frilly." It offers ample sitting room, but overall, it has a small footprint and doesn't take up a lot of floor space. For a city apartment like mine, it's an excellent size. It arrived in a large cardboard box, already assembled. (I thought it could use a little more protective padding just to be on the safe side, but it arrived 100% UN- damaged, so I can't complain.) The online photos give a pretty accurate sense of the color: It's a "brick" red with maybe just a slight brownish overtone. If it were a crayon, I think it'd probably be the one they label "mahogany." The color is consistent and even, the leather is a good thickness (should last a while), and the legs give it a firm stance with no wobbling. The only slight caveat I would add: If you're looking for a cozy, comfy, slouchy easy-chair, this is not it. The seat cushion is rather firm and does not have a lot of "squish" to it, and the seat-back and arms are not cushy. It is more the kind of chair you use for sitting upright in a formal living room setting with guests — not for the family or rec room. But that's exactly what I bought it for, which is why I'm so pleased. Another good item from Target. I highly recommend it. .

We purchased two of the Austin Oxblood Leather Club Chairs for our new study. They are a rich deep red and look beautiful on the new dark wood floors. We are impressed with the quality and price. They are very comfy. We love these chairs so much we may be buying a couple more!
