I always use this in my seafood boils! Best sausage for the price, great taste, and reliable. I don’t know much about the ingredients but it’s never raised my blood pressure too high! Maybe it’s lower in sodium compared to other brands 🤷🏽♀️

Used this for a pasta dish and it was excellent! Taste wasn’t overwhelming, texture was just right and worked perfectly with the pasta, and really made it taste overall 10x better. Super easy to open and handle. Great bang for your buck!

I cut this up as an alternative for breakfast sausage and my kids love it. Even though when you slice it up for breakfast food, it doesn’t feed a lot of people, but it’s overwhelmingly good. The ingredients are easy to read, and they taste so good easy to chew through the casing.

I grill my sausage with Kingford charcoal on my kettle weber and the i sauté green peppers and yellow onions and use Italian hard roll mustard or ketchup delicious!!!!

We LOVE the flavor of this great sausage...However there is a serious defect in the production when nearly every bite has grizzle and/or bone chips. PLEASE correct this poor quality issue.

So good. I’m used to eating the regular smoked sausage but ever since I started using beef smoked it has been 10x better. I cut the rope up into thin circles and put a little oil in the skillet to fry them. If you put it on high it only takes about 3-5 minutes for each side. I even tried dipping them in honey and brown sugar. Superb. New fave.

The casing on this sausage is very chewy and more like overly chewy to the point of scraping off the sausage and spitting out the casing.
