Q: Greetings - I answered my own question: Ceylon cinnamon (also known as TRUE cinnamon) is listed in the Badia 'cinnamon sticks' details. Ceylon cinnamon is from Sri Lanka in S. Asia - not India.
A: Badia has both Ceylon and non-ceylon cinnamon sticks. The specific item and size noted in this question is in fact Ceylon that comes from Sri Lanka. The cinnamon sticks that are non-Ceylon come from both Indonesia and Vietnam

Q: Greetings: What country do Badia cinnamon stix come from? I'm told only India exports true (real) cinnamon. Some 'like cinnamon' spices from asia don't have the medicinal benefits of 'true' cinnamon.

Q: What quantity of sticks is in each package?
A: Thank you for your question. There is not a specific number of cinnamon sticks in each package as it goes by weight.
