The meatballs simply need to be heated to be consumed but can easily be added to sandwiches, pasta, other appetizers or eaten on their own. _x000D_ I love that this is a Women Owned brand with a commitment to feeding the community. Unfortunately, the product does contain a high amount of sodium.
