Sharp nutty and creamy
I was so surprised with this parmesan cut. It's insanely delicious the flavor explodes in your mouth once you bite into it. You Get a strong sweet nutty taste with a salty aftertaste. Once you bite it, it turns into a firm creamy texture and starts to break apart. You can cut it into really thin slices and it will not break until you bite it. I love it and will be going back for more!

Best Parmesan We’ve Had…
With Italian genetics, I was unsure about purchasing Parmesan at Target. Our family is picky. This was The Best Parmesan cheese we’ve had, with an almost nutty flavor. (Think Parmesan + paradiso cheeses together.) In fact, we usually use Romano cheese instead of parm since there is more flavor. I decided to put this in my curbside pickup order. Wow, this Sartori Sarvecchio Parmesan Cheese Wedge elevated our pasta and sauce dishes, soup, and meatball sandwiches. Sadly, it is now out of stock at my local stores; I wish I’d gotten two wedges at least. I hope they reorder this! (If you are wondering how this is wrapped, for food safety reasons, this is completely wrapped + sealed.)

A cheese fit for a queen.
This is by far my households favorite Parmesan cheese EVER. The first time we bought it, we literally ate the whole thing like a snack. Its nutty, it’s fruity, it’s savory, it’s got it all! It use to be sold at my local market, but the fools let this brand go. Now I must travel outside my area for this cheese. Is it worth? By golly, you bet it is.
