My Kitchen Workhorse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there's one herb that basically lives on my counter, it's Gourmet Garden's Cilantro Lightly Dried Herb. I reach for this constantly — it's fresh‑tasting, bright, and way more convenient than chasing down a bunch of cilantro that wilts in two days. The flavor hits that perfect spot: fresh without being grassy, bold without taking over the whole dish, and it rehydrates instantly the second it hits anything warm or saucy. I use it in everything — sprinkled over tacos and fajitas, stirred into soups and stews for a last‑minute pop, mixed into eggs or breakfast tacos, tossed into warm rice with a squeeze of lime for instant cilantro‑lime vibes, folded into guac or pico, whisked into marinades for chicken or shrimp, and even tossed into salads when I want that "I actually tried today" flavor without any effort. It's honestly one of the most practical herbs in my kitchen. No waste, no fuss, just fresh cilantro flavor whenever I need it. If you cook even a little, this is one of those staples that earns its spot in the fridge door.

Pretty good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasted like pretty fresh cilantro. I would recommend if you're looking for something can substitute fresh.

Herbaceous Deliciousness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this cilantro recent into my homemade guacamole. When I say it was chefs kiss! I love how easy it was to sprinkle it in my guac and add a little bit on to my fish as garnish. I also love the container that it comes in. Very easy to store away.

Great sub for fresh cilantro!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great substitute to have on hand when you don't have fresh cilantro at the ready. The dried version seems to work much better when adding directly into a dish vs fresh I feel needs to be added as a topping. Still has great flavor! Stays fresh for much longer.

I will buy this product again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this in a crockpot chicken dish. It turned out amazing. You can really taste the flavor of the Cilantro.

Cilantro
It's very delicious it complements the bold and spicy flavors with its own fresh, citrusy taste it has taste It serves as a flavor enhancer, balancing richness and heat, and is a fundamental part of key dishes like salsa, guacamole, and tacos.

Just get some fresh cilantro.. this went direct in trash
Well, I should have known. Nothing beats fresh, but I thought it was worth a shot with a camping trip and not wanting to deal with a bundle of fresh herbs in the woodland cooking, but we all passed this around and were shocked at just how bad it smelled. Thank god I test things before just willy nilly adding them to my creations. I was using this as a topping, rephrase.. was GOING to use this as a topping but we went without instead of destroying our meal with whatever this nonsense is. Y'all need to seriously review what you're doing with these because I'll never ever buy anything like this ever again. I saved the container though to chop up some of my own fresh to keep in there for future camping excursions so I guess there's that? lol

Tasteless
I loved the basil version of this product. I needed a bunch of cilantro for a recipe and was short on time. I figured the cilantro would be just as good as the basil. I found that it was practically tasteless. I did like the convenience aspect of the product but I should have skipped this all together since my dish would have tasted the same without it.

What a great idea...
What a great idea but no cigar as they say. Smelled and tasted like grass. Nothing resembled cilantro. I bought to put on some chili. But left alone.

Don't bother
Don't bother. Very expensive for no cilantro flavor and slight saltiness. Disappointing.

Disappointed
I sent my husband to the store for cilantro and he could not find any fresh, so he bought gourmet garden because we have used their basil before and been very satisfied. I must say, I ate some of this chopped cilantro from the container and it really has no taste except for being slightly salty.

Very Disappointed
Was willing to pay the price for convenience, because we love cilantro, but me or my son were unable to taste the product in our salad or cooked food. I am target team member.

No flavor
I bought tonight to season my fajitas. Absolutely no flavor. No peppery smell that should accompany cilantro. Very disappointed in product!

I'm the only one in the house that likes cilantro so it makes no sense to buy a fresh bunch. It's not as good as fresh but "good enough" for most things I make -- rice, Asian salad, or topping nachos.
Just read the expiration date and you're good

No flavor, not good
If I could give this less then one star I would, this is not a good product at least for Cilantro, there is not one hint of cilantro smell or flavor. The only reason I bought this was because the store was out of fresh and I thought it would be better than dried, I was wrong. This review is for cilantro, I cannot speak for other herbs this company makes.

Zero flavor
Zero cilantro flavor. In fact, zero flavor of anything other than salt. Total waste of money.

This semi-dried herb cup < Cilantro
This was not passable as cilantro. The smell and flavor were “unrecognizable dried vegetable”. I don’t recommend this.
