Very Drying
The lemon sugar scent smells wonderful, but it's very drying; more drying than other hand soaps I've tried. Because it effectively strips out/off dirt and oil, it cleans very well. I use it if I need something heavy duty, but it's not my daily hand soap. I would not recommend for those suffering from dry skin and/or eczema.

Bad Pump Design
I like this soap and the scent. However, the pump is too short so you have to try to get a finger or two under the opening but above the brown cap instead of just pumping into your hand. This also makes it difficult to leverage with one hand so two hands are always needed. Never had an issue with soap pumps before so it seems they made a design choice to solve a problem that didn’t exist.

Changed scent - buyer beware!
This soap used to be my favorite but they have clearly changed the sent. The raw coconut and mango has changed to a very fake perfume mango smell that completely overpowers the coconut and it never dissipates leaving the fake scent on your hands for hours. I loved how natural and chemical free the smell used to be but now it just reeks of fake scent. Please return to the original scent!

Bad design
The stem of the pump is too short so I can’t fit my hand under to pump without touching the spout which contaminates it with whatever I’m trying to wash off my hands. Smells great and doesn’t give me a headache but I can’t buy it again because of the pump.

Changed formula
I used to love this hand soap so much because of the soft scent of watermelons. It always smelled so fresh, but never overpowering and irritating. The new formula is not moisturizing and the new scent is too much. People love this soap because of the subtle delicate fresh scent, but now it’s unbearably strong.

Very masculine
Im a female and did a blind buy on this. I like the look of the bottle but had no idea it would smell like cologne. It is a very strong masculine oud type scent. I'm gonna use it so I don't waste, but I'd never buy it again. I can't stand overpowering scents like this and don't like smelling like a guy either
