Q: Can they be used with a iPhone 15 pro max
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Apple Wired EarPods with Lightning Connector No, Apple Wired EarPods with Lightning Connector cannot be used directly with the iPhone 15 Pro Max because the iPhone 15 uses a USB-C port, not a Lightning port. To use Lightning EarPods, you will need a third-party adapter that has both a USB-C connection and a Lightning connection. This will not allow you to charge the phone and listen to audio at the same time. Q: It's been impossible to get answers from MyTGTtech at 877-698-4883 and 1-833-848-8324. Will the Limited Warrantly repair my EarPods;my left earbud suddenly doesn't work -purchased in Dec 2025. Help!
